The women's Angie Cut-Out dress is made of 100% cotton fabric. This dress has slightly sheer tank straps with gathered fabric seam detail, a smocked back top panel, gathered fabric at front top center and around seam at bodice and a cut-out floral design throughout the lower half of this design. This design is completely lined by an additional layer of fabric.
