The men's Hurley 999 Phantom boardshorts are made of polyester fabric with a signature pattern. There is a 23 outseam on a size 32 in these trunks. These trunks have patented Phantom technology that is ultra-lightweight and offers ultra-stretch and repels water. Features of these trunks include a lycra fly with drawstring waistline closure with signature detail to the right and left, a back right slanted zip pocket with signature lettering just above and an emblem patch at bottom left. There is a stretch phantom fabric panel across back upper and at inner of wearer's legs. These are great signature trunks by Hurley.
